Fee Deposit Rules

  • Out-Station Cheques and Cheques of non-clearing banks will not be accepted by the bank.
  • Payment should be made by Cheque only. No cash in respect of fees will be accepted by the school office.
  • Cheques duly crossed should be drawn in favour of GHPS Centralised fee A/C 00131000915431………(Admn.No.)
  • All fee is payable in advance by the 10th of the month to which the fee relates.
  • If the fee for a month is not paid in full by 10th a late fee fine @ Rs. 10/- per day will be charged and if the fee is not paid by the last day of the month, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. The readmission will be allowed on the discretion of principle after paying the readmission charges.
  • If the fee is paid after 10th of the month, late fee fine is to be included in the cheque amount, otherwise it would be treated as “FEE NOT PAID”
  • In case of 10th of the month happens to be Bank Holiday, the fee can be paid on the following bank working day without any fine.
  • Separate cheques for fee should be deposited for each child.
  • The date of clearance of the cheques will be treated as date of payment. Any cheque returned by bank for non-payment will be treated under the category of „NON-PAYMENT OF FEE‟. A fine of Rs. 250/- will be imposed in addition to the above fine.
  • Parents will keep the fee booklet with them and produce it when required by the school for some check-up, if necessary,
  • Parents are not allowed to make any change in the fee structure in the fee booklet. In case of any doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents are advised to make the payment first and ask for refund, if any, later.
  • Duplicate booklet can be issued on payment of Rs. 100/- only after obtaining a certificate from the parents about the loss of the previous one.
  • When a change of residence takes place, it should be reported to the school office which will issue a revised slip, if there is any difference in transport charges.
  • The school will except a clear one calendar months‟ notice for discontinuation of bus only in the beginning of the session (April-May). No discontinuation of bus will be allowed during rest of the year.
  • MARCH FEE IS PAYABLE BY 10th FEBRUARY BY ALL THE STUDENTS EXCEPT CLASSES X & XII.
  • FOR CLASSES X & XII, FEE & ALL DUES MUST BE CLEARED UPTO 31st JAN.
